Thank you for shopping at bymme.com. We are committed to providing you with quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day free return and exchange policy.

30-Day Free Returns & Exchanges

  • You can apply for a free return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item(s).
  • Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Personalized or custom-made items and special promotional items may not be eligible for this return and exchange policy. Please read the product details carefully before purchasing.

Return and Exchange Process

  1. Contact Customer Service: Please contact our customer service team through the following channels:

  2. Order Eligibility: Our customer service representative will review your order to confirm its eligibility for our return and exchange policy.
  3. Return Assistance: If your order is eligible, we will provide you with the return address and return instructions.
  4. Return or Refund Completion: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your return or refund according to your request.

Refund Timeframe

  • Credit Card: If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to your credit card account within 2-5 business days. The exact processing time depends on your bank.
  • PayPal: If you paid with PayPal, the refund will be credited back to your PayPal account immediately.

Return and Exchange Conditions

  • The order must be within 30 days of receipt.
  • All returned products must be complete and free of scratches or wear, and must not affect resale.
  • If there are any gifts, they should be returned together. If the gifts are not returned, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the retail price.
  • Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Non-Refundable Products

  • Items without tag or that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
  • Replacement or exchanged items are not eligible for further returns or refunds.

Order Cancellation

  • Shipping Time:Orders will be shipped out within 24-72 hours, these are our standard shipping times excluding weekends. If you do place an order on the weekend, we will begin fulfilling orders on the next business day.
  • Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by the third-party logistics.
  • If you cancel your order before it ships, you will receive a full refund.
  • If the order has shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
